I have to say she has been a delight to work with. Her instinct is unbelievably good for someone who hasn’t been on the stage professionally. That’s not surprising. She grew up in the theatre, after all. She has taken on this role with a great deal of humour about her current position in the industry. She’s a young film icon, for heaven’s sake. She’s the face of Chanel. And she’s playing a character who’s going to fascinate and intrigue and appall us. She must have experienced a lot of that world in her own life, to some degree, so she understands the part and completely gets it.
